Principle
The human diet can be varied, fruit, vegetables or meat. Nevertheless, almost all foods contain similar components such as protein, fat or sugar (carbohydrates). In this experiment, students investigate typical foods.
This experiment serves as an introduction to further experiments such as sugar, starch or protein detection in food.
